Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the supply of installation, relocation, repair, maintenance and survey services by Somerset Storage Installations UK Ltd. By engaging us you accept these terms.

Quotations are valid for 30 days. All works are subject to a satisfactory site survey. Storage products supplied as part of works are provided by our parent company Rackstor UK Ltd under their own product warranty terms (see rackstor.co.uk).

Title in goods passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery to site. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted works. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
